For New Builds & Alterations

Once we have discussed your requirements with you we will do an initial assessment of the cost covering design, installation, fittings, products and maintenance (as relevant). If you are satisfied with our initial assessment and what it covers we will provide a full quote. The quotation must be accepted at the time the contract for services is entered into (within 30 days of receipt of the quote). If you prefer we can give you an estimate of the cost and then carry out the work on a time and materials basis.

Maintenance of Existing Properties

Maintenance jobs are charged on an hourly rate which we are happy to discuss with you before undertaking a job.

Payment

All our accounts are payable within 14 days and will be subject to Jarvie Plumbing terms of trade. Progress payments will also be required on large contracts. Materials and fittings are itemised separately.
